We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including limitations in our production capacity, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention service.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on our site are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our rates at any time, but the applicable prices will be those in effect at the time of order confirmation. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from their issue, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due upon delivery of the repaired item or at the end of the service, unless prior arrangement. We accept payments by cash, credit card, and bank transfer. For training courses, a 30% deposit is required upon registration, with the balance due before the start of the first session.

5. Intellectual Property

All content present on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Maroventixa or its content suppliers and is protected by French and international copyright laws.

Our logo, trademarks, and service marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of Maroventixa. Nothing in these terms can be interpreted as granting you a license or right to use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. User Content
